Hours of Work:

9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Thursday
9:00am - 5:00am Fridays
Our client is a global packaging development company who offer innovative, premium packaging solutions to luxury brands predominantly in the health & beauty, spirits, homeware, candles, watches and fine fragrance markets.
They are currently looking to recruit a Account Executive who will be supporting the Senior Account Management team to deliver a first-class service to the company's elite clientele, leading to eventually working with their own accounts.
Responsibilities / Requirements:
  • As part of the Account Management team, you will be required to liaise with Product Development, Quality and Colour Management, Logistics and Finance teams
  • Dealing with the company's vast client base, you will support in taking detailed briefs and interpreting for their supplier base
  • Cost management, working with their suppliers to gain and negotiate competitive prices to maintain profit margins
  • Project information management, where you will need to collate and manage all Technical and Quality documents relevant to each enquiry
  • Management of financial data, purchase orders, invoicing and P&L
  • You will be required to manage the production, delivery and quality of samples
  • Liaise with internal Logistics teams on costs and schedules
  • Data processing, working with internal process management software systems (MS TEAMs, Sage etc.)
  • Liaising with internal Marketing teams for project launches
