Our client is a Large Format Printing company based in the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Account Handler to join a well-established vibrant company. Working on the administration floor of the production facility, the successful candidate will join the busy sales team dealing with customer orders and enquiries.
An excellent telephone manor and good email etiquette are essential as well as a good level of computer skills.
- Dealing with customer orders
- Taking payments and dealing with customer accounts
- Handling customer enquiries and advising where necessary
- Liaising with other departments to ensure jobs are produced correctly and on time
- Taking the time to learn our products and materials and their uses Ideal applicants will possess
- Excellent levels of communication both verbally and electronically
- Good maths skills
- The ability to generate orders from enquiries and maximise the potential of those orders
- Any knowledge of large format print would be a distinct advantage though full training will be given
