Creatively lead and highly regarded Agency in the 3D Retail and POS Instore Marketing and Shopper Engagement arena, seek to appoint an experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of high profile key Client relationships.
Having built an enviable reputation as a true Marketing Services and Shopper Engagement specialist organisation, they have a demonstrable track record of developing and delivering successful Retail Client relationships in the 3D Permanent / Semi Permanent Point of Sale arena, through an enviable culture of strong internal support and a fantastic array of creative design, prototyping and Client partnership capability.
You will be responsible and accountable, for the day-to-day management of the Client relationships, taking POP/POS projects from initial briefs to delivery, so you must have a sound knowledge of the end to end production processes, with excellent Client & crisis management skills, plus a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and data integrity.
You will support the Account Director in implementing growth opportunities and supporting the broader service workload, spanning conception of brief to delivery of revenue in a varied formula of strategic, creative, design, artwork, production and aftercare formats.
You must possess extensive Retail POS / POP sector exposure (ideally with corrugate/FSDU experience), plus the experience to understand the technical aspects of what can be constructed, printed, achieved and delivered. This must be combined with a genuine hunger, tenacity and connectivity to continually deliver world class service, consistent growth in Client relationships and effective support for new Account Business opportunity.
