As an Account Manager, you will be the vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered professionally, to specification, and on time. You’ll build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, offer expert advice on print solutions, and take ownership of each project from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical input and advice on print and marketing projects.
Take briefs from clients, manage specifications, and ensure deadlines are met.
Propose innovative solutions and alternative options where possible.
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring all projects align with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to account growth.
Manage budgets, profit margins, and performance metrics effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven account management experience, ideally in print, print management, or marketing procurement.
Expertise in campaign solutions.
Strong technical knowledge of print processes.
Confident in liaising with clients, troubleshooting project issues, and implementing solutions.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
A professional, calm, and approachable demeanor, even under pressure.
