ACCOUNT MANAGER

LONDON

£30-40K (Depending on Experience) + Pension + Cycle to Work Scheme + Free Onsite Parking + Private Medical Insurance (after 12 months) + Commission

Our client is based in North London, they are a leading national sign, vehicle branding and graphics company. Providing bespoke signage solutions to a wide range of clients across the UK. The ideal candidate will go the extra mile to understand the needs of each customer, offering a tailored account management service that adds real value to their business.

The Role:

  • Help build, maintain, and manage prospective clientele.
  • Liaise with customers via email, telephone and face-to-face with in-bound sales and upsell whilst managing aspects of the signage business.
  • Supporting the Director with the day-to-day running of the business.
  • Working with the team to ensure all projects and jobs are completed on time and to standard.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer enquiries via various communication channels.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a small team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality work.
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare quotations and sales orders, manage stock, and oversee general administrative tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service for walk-ins, via email, telephone, and social media.
  • Marketing Activities: Conduct daily posting on social media to generate new business and support customer post-sales enquiries.
  • A full clean UK driving licence and the ability to travel in and around the UK is essential (This role includes use of shared company vehicles for site meetings etc).
  • Comfortable using a range of IT systems.
