ACCOUNT MANAGER (BRANDING AND PACKAGING)
SALARY- 30-40K (+ UPTO 15% BONUS)
A leading strategic branding and design agency who have been established for over 25 years are now looking for the next member of their growing team! This agency specialise in packaging and branding solutions from food and beverage to home and personal care.
To lead, manage and take responsibility for key client relationships ensuring that all projects are run efficiently, delivering quality creative solutions that are on time and budget whilst continuing to build stronger and more effective client partnerships.
- Set client expectations
- Set and manage client expectations in order to always meet and preferably exceed their expectations by delivering a high level of service across projects whilst ensuring the interests of the clients
- Build and foster superb long-standing proactive client relationships that are based on more than solid, good project management
- Pre-empt client needs.
- Manage issues for the client, identify potential challenges.
- Reinforce the benefit of knowledge gained of client business/previous projects back to clients/new projects.
- Consistently add value to projects and client business.
- Understand and start adding value strategically to clients on a project basis.
- Maximise profit and revenue across client portfolio.
- Ensure that all project and client communication both internally and externally is professional, accurate, timely and effectively delivered.
- Be responsible for the accurate and safe recording of all client information relating to their projects to ensure robust and professional audit procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure inspiring creative briefing, give strong input into briefing and direction of creative product.
- Foster full team involvement and ownership throughout projects (creative, client service, artwork).
