We are looking for an experienced and accomplished Account Manager to join our established team managing our client’s POS campaigns in print and digital formats. Working with our client’s marketing team you will need excellent presentation and communication skills, pride yourself on delivering consistently high levels of customer service and complement our existing team. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have great organisational skills, work efficiently and accurately and remain calm under pressure.
You will be very hands-on, managing many different elements of our client’s requirements, using our management information systems, quickly embracing our processes to support the transfer of information from client to our production facilities A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications is important, as is a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end marketing and production process, from campaign brief creation, through to distribution. While detailed technical support will be provided from our production facility, a good understanding of the print process, including litho and digital, would be very advantageous in helping to provide a valued and consultative service for our client.
The client’ is Surrey-based whereb there head office is, so travel to site at least twice a week, and the client’s retail estate nationally as needed – so would ideally suit a flexible person, based in Surrey or London, with good access to transport networks.
