As a leading supplier within the POS and large format digital marketplace, our client offers excellent service standards and product quality from design through to production working with some of the world's most prestigious brands. They are now looking to strengthen their team by recruiting for an Account Manager.
Product range includes: Design, 3D, CAD, Retail Graphics & POS, Large Format, Window / Retail Displays, Exhibitions, Signage, 3D Logos / Lettering, Store Installation, Acrylic Fabrication, Warehousing, Stockholding, Pack and Collate
Knowledge of the product range would be a distinct advantage although not essential.
  • Managing various bespoke and ad hoc accounts within retail / build markets
  • Maintain and develop client relationships and customer satisfaction by providing problem solving solutions that are creatively led and commercially sound within the market
  • Responsible for the commercial delivery of specified key accounts as well as supporting the new business sales team with new solutions
  • The position will require people management skills whilst clearly communicating and working with the Project Delivery team
  • Maintaining contact with clients, to receive and develop briefs
  • Working with internal creative teams to develop the design, whilst ensuring the design solution is agreed and can be delivered by internal production and project teams
  • Produce detailed quotes with clear margin and ensure you give clear concise and timely client communications in conjunction with production and projects team and overseeing execution and sign off at build
  • Creating, maintaining, developing Account Plans for each client for the year ahead, clearly updating and maintaining each month, reviewing quarterly
  • Liaise with clients via email, telephone and face-to-face
  • Support the company's wider new business effort to acquire new clients assisting in presentations and pitches and identifying new business opportunities
  • Take detailed accurate briefs from the client
  • Weekly meetings updating Client Services Manager on current and forthcoming jobs
