Our Client is a well-established company offering creative design and in-house print services (kit and premises all owned outright). They offer extensive design services, B1 & B2 litho, digital print, large format & finishing within their purpose-built site.

They are currently looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to work within their Client Services Team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience and knowledge of the print industry within at least one of the following sectors - POS, large format, litho or digital print.


  • Work closely with your nominated clients (and colleagues) to deliver a first-class service, taking responsibility for all aspects of their requirement
  • Deal with enquiries, estimates and quotes - and follow up enquiries
  • Set up and issue detailed works instructions - and follow through all jobs to completion
  • Work within SLA's to ensure the Business meets the contractual obligations to the Client
  • Continually look to exceed Client expectations
  • Be able to adapt and be flexible with your role as the Business and Clients develop


  • You will have worked in a similar role for at least 2 years, and be able to demonstrate this
  • You will have client facing experience
  • You will have a strong working knowledge of the Design & Print processes
  • You will be a good problem solver
  • You will be IT literate and be able to learn new systems
  • You will be an excellent communicator
  • You will be service orientated
  • You will be highly organised and precise, thorough, and methodical

Qualifications / Additional Skills:

  • Working Knowledge of the Design & Print industry
  • Maths & English GSCE's
  • Fluent in Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
