ACCOUNT MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER - POS, LARGE FORMAT GRAPHICS, DISPLAYS

Our client is an innovative Retail Graphics & POS, Large Format Print, Window and Retail Displays and Cardboard Engineering Company who offer the ultimate service in retail print solutions. With extensive market knowledge and experience, they provide their clients with efficient implementation and well organised execution of all projects.

The Role as an Account Manager/Project Manager, you will report directly into your department manager who will work with you to achieve the clients goals, you will also work directly with a CAD Engineer - working on a small but key group of clients across a diverse range of channels. At this level you'll need to know your way around a creative brief and to interact with the studio and production teams to manage workflow but also to work well with a manager to ensure that they day to day delivery of client campaigns is efficient and to a high standard.
Our client is looking for an Account Manager / Project Manager who is organised and who has superb attention to detail. You'll need to have a passion for consumer marketing and all things brand related - the brands you'll work on here are largely in the retail industry. As a print/ production house this is an office based full time role -to absorb the creativity and mentoring available to you and to learn the skills and trade this can only be achieved on site.
1 year (preferred) experience in Account management

Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Coordinating deadlines, workflow, and studio resource
  • Working with the CAD engineer to take client briefs and assist with managing projects through the creative studio.
  • Assisting with weekly processes including resource planning and invoicing
  • Reporting on campaign activity to manager
  • Assisting the team with conceptual campaign briefs, from undertaking research, to contributing to the creative direction
  • Estimating with Shuttleworth (training will be provided)
  • Liaising with third party suppliers
  • Developing an understanding of the clients' brands, products & services and market
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • A proactive nature and calm under pressure
