Established Direct Mail and Print operation seek an engaging and Client centric Account Manager to manage an existing portfolio of Clients, further strengthening their highly regarded Client Services team.
As an Account Manager you will be an aspiring Client focused professional, seeking a progressive and recognized employer. You will ideally have current experience working in the digital, commercial print and direct mail arena, with exposure of handling variable data, working with an array of Clients briefs and managing large personalised Direct Mail and Marketing campaigns.
Ideally you will possess a strong understanding of direct mail, be accustomed to fulfilling a proactive and Client focused role, where you thrive managing multiple projects and are effective at building and growing relationships.
You will work in close harmony with several areas of the Business, coordinating between sales, Client services and production personnel, taking responsibility for developing an array of existing projects, expanding the customer base and working closely to ensure that jobs are being produced correctly and on time.
You will be alert, communicative and inquisitive, with the energy and drive to seek and deliver a quality and consistency of account management service to ensure that relationships can be genuinely developed and leveraged.
