The company aims to establish robust, long-term partnerships with clients by developing unique graphic solutions. They are currently seeking a Project / Account Manager to join their dynamic team. Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Seeing projects from the start right through to completion
  • Site Surveys
  • Manage all aspects of a customer relationships to retain and develop their business
  • Providing quotations on jobs, speaking to suppliers and attain material costs
  • Building strong client relationships, ensuring clients are happy and kept updated with ongoing orders
  • Deal with any customer issues and ensure issues are rectified and charged appropriately
  • Liaise with customers via email, telephone and face-to-face
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth running of the project
  • Good product knowledge are a must
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident and personable nature
