Our client is a Sign and Graphics company based in Surrey. They are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to provide day-to-day support across the business. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration
- Estimating, purchasing and sales support
- Invoice processing
- Switchboard cover and call handling
About You:
- Previous administrative experience
- Experience in the signage industry is beneficial but not essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
