Our client specialises in manufacturing luxury rigid boxes across Europe and Asia. Offering a comprehensive array of packaging products, ranging from handcrafted bags that exude luxury for prestigious brands to eco-friendly reusable bags favoured by leading retailers.
They are currently looking for a Business Developer to join their team. You will be responsible for Luxury Packaging with a focus on the sale of bags and boxes. You will be working on sales for the production facility in Poland but working remote from France.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Occasional visits to the London office and the production facility in Poland, as required by the Company.
  • Identifying potential clients and markets for luxury packaging products, including bags and boxes.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, competition, and new opportunities.
  • Providing timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the products.
  • Actively seeking out and establishing new business opportunities.
  • Understanding clients' needs and proposing suitable packaging solutions.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals in line with company policies.
  • Collaborating with the production facility overseas to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and providing regular updates on sales activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales, contracts, and customer interactions in the company CRM system.
  • Effectively communicating with team members, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
