Location: UK (Commutable from South East, East Midlands / East Anglia)

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by managing existing accounts and onboarding new customers. From initial quotation to final delivery, you'll oversee the sales process with a focus on maximizing profitability through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales volume and margin targets for both new and existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic commercial growth plans.
  • Be the main point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with industry trends.

Key Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the flexible packaging industry.
  • A track record of achieving sales targets and successfully onboarding new clients.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

  • A full driving licence and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
