As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by managing existing accounts and onboarding new customers. From initial quotation to final delivery, you'll oversee the sales process with a focus on maximizing profitability through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales volume and margin targets for both new and existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic commercial growth plans.
- Be the main point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the flexible packaging industry.

- A full driving licence and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
