You will play a key role in identifying, winning and developing new customer relationships, working closely with internal technical and customer service teams to deliver outstanding service and packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing customer base
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting leads into long-term customers
  • Act as a trusted packaging solutions partner, advising customers on material selection, formats, barrier properties and sustainability options
  • Drive growth within food, coffee, pet food, medical and nutraceutical markets
  • Deliver product presentations, training and technical guidance to customers where required
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to commercial negotiation and account development
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and reports for senior management
  • Represent the business professionally at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings
  • Responsibility to support customer base with product selection and product training where necessary
