Salary Guide: Up to £50K (Some Flexibility for the Right Candidate) Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension
Our client is a manufacturer of bespoke printed folded cartons, rigid boxes and luxury packaging servicing some of the UK's best-known companies and leading brands. Our client is renowned for their high levels of quality and service and is genuinely an excellent business to work for.
They are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to cover the Scotland area, there will be some accounts to manage however the focus of this role will be winning new business and expand their client's presence within Scotland
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- To achieve all budgeted targets on sales territory by managing the business and relationships with existing customers, monitoring order levels and maximising new business opportunities with these customers
- Identify new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers maximising potential within each account
- Arranging client visits
- Presenting to clients at all levels
- Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as individually
- Successfully manage your own accounts
- Provide excellent customer service
