We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Executive to join a specialist printer dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology and providing customers with the best opportunities to deliver their print campaigns.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining exceptional communication with clients and internal colleagues.
- Supporting the processing of all customer orders into planned jobs.
- Providing administrative support of the planned schedule and material availability.
- Generating system paperwork such as job cards for production instructions and any other instructions that may be relevant such as spreadsheets for accurate and efficient production.
- Retrieving matrix prices and estimate costs.
This role requires someone with a positive, can-do, customer-first attitude where nothing is too much for the client. Our client’s people go above and beyond to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
