Major Direct Mail & Mailing Solutions Business seek an intelligent & experienced Senior Account / Customer Services Manager to manage a vibrant Client services team, working with an impressive Client portfolio spanning the diverse array of complex Direct Mail & Mailing solutions.

An ambitious & multi skilled individual, ideally from a mailing / direct mail house background, you’ll be accustomed to dealing with direct mail production, bulk mail management & postage buyers, whilst leading a small but committed team of Account Executives/Managers, providing experience, guidance & support to both external Clients & your teams day to day responsibilities & development.

You must have a proven background in Direct Mail, be accustomed to generating commercial propositions & and the associated management of complex mail fulfilment campaigns. You’ll provide pro-active support to Customers through each stage of the process, seeking to further expand the utilisation of their range of print management and advanced data cleansing and processing solutions. You will demonstrate a hungry & obvious passion for building your teams ability to see & leverage potential business opportunities, managing both your own assigned Clients, but also your Client Services Team’s focus on strengthening relationships through their enhanced experience & capability.

Critically you will bring the personality, experience, knowledge and drive to add leadership, growth & value across your Client Services team, through your enhanced breadth of sector knowledge and your high calibre Client relationship development/liaison skills.
