Job Description

A leading South East-based packaging company is on the search for an ambitious and highly energetic individual to take on a key commercial management role. The objective of this role will be to use your proven leadership skills and strong work ethic to help grow our client’s business through meeting the sales objective. Meeting customers needs will be achieved through the translation of strategic business objectives into well-defined commercial plans. You will be required to monitor and continuously drive the achievement of these commercial performance objectives in line with agreed overall strategy.   

We are looking for an achievement-oriented professional to work closely with client services and sales development departments to deliver the highest quality of customer support and service through the provision of strategic direction and leadership. You will transfer your results-driven attitude on to the team; managing, coaching and empowering them to get positive outcomes.  

Our client is looking for someone with a passion for team development, someone who has the aptitude for training the team on new methods and best in class processes; working with them to identify new opportunities.; and setting specific goals and direction.

Not only will you work closely with the sales and client services team, but you will also regularly communicate with other managers within the company and with senior executives externally.

The successful candidate will have proven organisational, planning, analytical and time management skills. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills are essential as is an advanced level of MS Office skills.
