COMMERCIAL SALES MANAGER - LABELS

SOUTH YORKSHIRE

£up to £40K (depending on experience) + Other Benefits TBD

39 hours per week

Our client is a well established Label Company based in South Yorkshire, they produce a wide range of Flexo, Digital and Hybrid labels into various market sectors.

They are looking for an experienced, energetic and dynamic individual to bring this role to life; working closely with the Customer Service Team and Marketing Department to maximise on all customer opportunities and drive sales focus.

Focussed on recognising business opportunities to expand existing business and generating new business sales development and customer account management. Strategic financial responsibility to expand and preserve or improve company procedures

**MUST have experience in the label printing industry**

Your Key Responsibilities are:

  • Develop and build on existing business opportunities
  • Generating new business sales
  • Build customer relationships through utilising in house expertise
  • Progress new business leads generated through digital marketing to develop customer relationships and win business
  • Negotiating and winning new contracts
  • Feedback areas of opportunity to the Marketing Manager to influence new campaigns
  • Feedback areas of business opportunity to the Managing Director to influence and shape commercial direction of the business
  • Provide reports on won, lost, still active and develop strategic plans
  • Using in-house software CERM to monitor the frequency of customers' orders and proactively follow up
  • Develop and lead on commercial business KPI's
