Job Description

Due to recent expansion and investments we require Cut & Crease Operators to produce high quality carton work on our Bobst Expert Cut & Vision Cut Machines. Opportunities exist to be part of a dynamic team in this new exciting stage of our business which has been trading for over 40 years.

As a Cut & Crease Operator you will be responsible for the setting up, running and routine maintenance of our Bobst Expert Cut & Vision Cut machines, ensuring that our quality and productivity targets are constantly being met. Our extensive customer list includes some of the largest names in the food, healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, so attention to detail is paramount. You will be expected to identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise, both individually and in conjunction with other operators and management. 

Our working shift pattern consists of 3 x 12.5 hour days/nights per week and rotates as 2 weeks of day working and two weeks of night working. Further details of the shift pattern would be explained during an interview.

Remuneration for this role is dependent on experience and will be hourly paid, incorporating a shift bonus.
