Job Description

Highly creative Design & Media organisation seeks a genuine ‘market maker’ to intelligently develop and deliver their Business strategy for significantly expanding their market presence & full service offering in the Exhibition solutions arena.

An established and positively invested Business that has continually evolved to position itself at the forefront of the Media and Communications arena, now seek to appoint a high calibre Sales focused professional, possessing the demonstrable experience and senior level connectivity in the Exhibition Design, Build, Install & Display Graphics arena, with the capability and vision to construct and execute a strategic sales plan, delivering significant levels of market intellect & new business growth, whilst working closely with the Board to build a truly credible Division that offers design through to installation for full bespoke / modular solutions or simple portable pop-up stands, along with the associated graphics that are printed direct to any substrate (rigid, flexible, fabric).

The role requires a strong sales professional, drawing on the relevant Exhibitions / Graphics Industry experience and truly well connected and respected within the sector. You will be able to energise, lead and drive results through a diverse Client focussed organisation, with a wealth of wider industry supplier contacts that will support your innovative generation and delivery of new solutions business.

You will plan persuasive approaches and pitches, capitalising on a developed rapport with new clients and ultimately, have the ability & tenacity to build & transform a strong prospect pipeline into profitable & long term revenue streams in the Exhibitions / Displays / Events & 3D Experiential arena. It is critical that you have the experience & intellect to position this Business at the forefront of the Corporate, Commercial & Public Sector requirements for bespoke designed 3D graphic solutions and both portable & permanent Exhibition & Display solutions. 

You will have strong leadership skills that enable you to effectively influence colleagues and peers, knowing how to motivate and drive enthusiasm whilst building a team and a business environment around you. You’ll be a disciplined professional, cascading agreed strategy and be responsible for the accountable delivery across the wider team.

Residing within a reasonable working proximity (or preparedness to relocate in due course) of their Yorkshire HQ will be critical in your ability influence and drive the Business strategy and culture, as the role offers a fabulous & rewarding package with the remit to work closely with the existing Leadership team in defining the onward Business strategy and ultimately your own career in managing the entire Division through it’s strategic growth and evolution.
