Overview
- Exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Printer or Finisher (ideally with ABG Digicon or Domino UV Inkjet experience) to join a growing digital print team.
- Ideal for professionals with a background in self-adhesive label production or those from sheet-fed printing seeking to transition into labels and packaging.

Responsibilities:
- Operate digital print & finishing equipment (Digital Presses with inline die cutting, slitting, rewinding, laminating, foiling etc) to produce high-quality finished labels.
- Ensure machinery runs at maximum output while maintaining quality and health & safety standards.
- Manage equipment proactively to achieve consistent quality and minimise downtime.
- Complete all production paperwork accurately to maintain full traceability.
- Maximise material utilisation and reduce waste.
- Collaborate across departments in line with ISO 9001 and BRC accreditation requirements.
- Develop knowledge of available materials and propose new methods or solutions.
- Maintain and follow detailed operating procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in the printing or packaging industry.
- Technical knowledge of digital label or packaging printing, materials, and tooling (training can be provided).
- Experience with ABG Digicon or Domino equipment highly advantageous.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
