ESTIMATOR / ACCOUNT MANAGER - LARGE FORMAT

£Open (Depending On Experience)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm / Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch)
Holidays: 20 Days+ 8 Bank Holiday + extra day each year after 5 years up to a maximum of 30 Days + 8 Bank Holiday
Our client are a leading graphics, signage and large format print company, they have won awards for the manufacturer of their display and graphics, offering a superb range of point of sale, graphics, indoor and outdoor signage, posters and exhibition stands. They are currently recruiting for an Estimator / Account Manager to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Previous estimating / customer services experience essential.
- Large format experience would be a distinct advantage however the client will consider any print background.
- Looking after accounts for various bespoke and ad hoc clients.
- Produce estimates within agreed timescales.
- Liaise with other departments.
- Experience dealing with Clients and Suppliers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved throughout.
- Manage client communications in most effective manner.
- Ensure jobs are processed and managed in line with procedures and meeting client's requirements.
- Ensure all jobs are managed within the agreed timescales.
