Export Sales Executive – international travel

Job Description

We are working with a Scottish-based packaging specialist which combines moulded pulp containers and corrugated packaging for a complete solution, manufacturing electronics, medical, produce, industrial and horticultural collation trays.

 The current ‘war on plastic’ has significantly grown our client’s share in the market due to the completely compostable and bio-degradable characteristics of their products.   

They are looking for a packaging sales executive based in the South of England. The objective of this role will be to further enhance their market share nationally and internationally. The nature of this role will therefore incur frequent international travel, visiting clients in Europe and beyond.

You will work in conjunction with the Sales Director to develop a coherent sales strategy that delivers on business growth and geographical diversification while maintaining branding positioning. Your objective will be to develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities and initiatives that provide revenue and profitable growth. The candidate our client seeks must be a strong, self-driven and determined character with a proven track record of sales success and achievement within the packaging industry.
