FINANCE AND PRODUCTION CONTROLLER - Large Format Digital

HYBRID ROLE / SW LONDON

£27-32K (Depending on Experience) + Performance Bonus + Company Events

Our client is an award-winning large format graphics company based in London, specialising in the full solution from initial concept through to installation. They are currently looking for a Finance and Production Controller with a strong emphasis on financial part of the business. Specifically this would be both quote estimation and cost build up to final invoice amount. Job can be done remotely with 1-2 days min in the office each week in South West London .


Estimate Generation - (Approximately 30%):

  • Utilise architectural drawings and / or historical data to generate accurate project estimates.
  • Collaborate with Directors to ensure estimates align with project requirements and budget constraints.


Communication Management - (Approximately 10%):

  • Handle inbound office communication both internally and externally.
  • Filter and prioritise communication between internal supply chain teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication channels to ensure project progress and resolve any issues promptly.
  • This will include their weekly update to ensure there is a clarity of what expectations and priorities are for each week


Project Management - (Approximately 20%):

  • Manage smaller ad hoc graphic requirements for stakeholders, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Track timelines and deliverables from various stakeholders, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Maintain adequate levels of materials for operations team.
  • Ensure risk assessments and method statements are generated prior to project start on site dates
  • Attend externally install sites from time to time to build positive relationships with on site teams and stakeholders


Pre qualification questionnaire compliance - (Approximately 10%):

  • Oversee the completion and submission of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires to ensure the company remains eligible for tendering on construction projects.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of company qualifications, certifications, and compliance documents.
  • Review and update PQQ responses to reflect the most current company data and capabilities.
  • Manage the PQQ submission process, ensuring deadlines are met and submissions are complete.


Research and Innovation - (Approximately 5%):

  • Undertake research on new ad hoc projects aimed at adding value to clients
  • Identify opportunities for innovative and or sustainable materials solutions within projects for Director approval.
  • Gather appropriate graphic and visual content for external marketing agency.

Content Quality: Ensure all visuals and text meet high-quality standards, with a resolution suitable for both digital and print media.
Brand Alignment: All content should align with the company's branding guidelines, including colour schemes, fonts, and logos.
Originality: Encourage the creation or sourcing of original graphics that are unique to their brand and not simply generic stock images.
Relevance: Visuals must be relevant to the current marketing campaigns, promotional materials, or themes being promoted.

Financial Oversight - (Approximately 25%):

  • Finalise project completion costs monthly for review and approval by the Director and finance team.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Review cost queries from quantity surveyors and formulate agreed response with Directors
