FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTER

Hours of Work: 38hrs per week - Monday to Friday - 8.30am till 4.45pm
Our client is an industry leading Corrugated Sheet Plant and Packaging materials supplier that provide a full packaging solution to a variety of markets throughout the UK. The company specialise in bespoke corrugated packaging however they also supply a full range of consumables.
They are currently looking for an Experienced Flexographic Printer to join their Production Department. You will be operating a Weipong 3-Colour Printer Die Cutter. This opportunity would be ideal for someone with a strong understanding of printing process, inks and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the Weipong 3-colour printer die cutter
- Set up and adjust print jobs to ensure high-quality output
- Monitor ink levels, colour consistency, and print registration
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the machine
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Follow health & safety procedures and quality control standards
Requirements:
- Experience in flexographic printing, preferably in corrugated packaging
- Strong knowledge of printing processes, inks, and colour matching
- Ability to set up and run die-cutting machinery
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic
