Job Description

You will work closely with the businesses senior HR leaders and stakeholders in order to support snd further develop a HR strategy that closely supports the overall aims of the organisation

The role is based predominately site based in the Solihull area of the West Midlands but there will be occasional travel to the various other sites, to support the other HR functions throughout the UK. 

This will take responsibility for resourcing and on-boarding for different regions and divisions across the UK. 
Delivering metrics from and to other sites 
It will involve collating information from the employees reward scheme 
Reporting metrics directly to the UK HR Director 
Will be involved in talent acquisition. There are improvements to be made here across the business so someone with experience of this would be really beneficial 
You will closely be working with the Financial Planner looking at anomalies, variables, absences, labour costs and putting this information into spreadsheets to highlight areas to improve. 
Getting information and collating HR Metrics from other site HR Managers. 
Dealing with salary reviews, governance and writing policies and procedures. 

You will need:

Confident enough to be able to deliver difficult decisions to stakeholders, employees and other HR individuals in the business in an appropriate manner
Knowledge and experience of a complex multi site matrix business  
An ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with stakeholders, HR colleagues and employees
A focus on delivering business outcomes through making best use of the whole HR function 
Needs to be an influencer, resilient and be flexible around processes. This business is in a period of significant transition. 

We are looking for a strong HRBP or even a very strong HR Advisor or HR Manager looking for that next step up. 

This is a very varied HRBP role which gets involved in all aspects of the business. This role has quite a lot of emphasis on administration with lots of data collection/analytics and spreadsheets. 

We are looking for someone strong who can assist push through the UK agenda of this global business.
