INTERNAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE OR ESTIMATOR

Salary Guide: £Open (Depending on Experience) + Onsite Parking + 27 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension
37.5 hour week working 8.30 till 5pm
*** The role can be purely account management or a mix of account management and estimating ***
Our client is a high-quality, forward-thinking manufacturer of printed folding cartons servicing some of the UK's best-known companies and leading brands. They are currently looking to strengthen their commercial department and are currently looking to recruit an Internal Account Executive or Estimator to join their team
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Good eye for detail
- Attention to detail
- Have a friendly, customer focused attitude.
- Be commercially experienced
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS office, outlook, Dropbox and we transfer beneficial
- Acting as a first point of contact for customers, handling telephone orders and enquiries
- Processing enquiries and works instructions and advising on the best packaging solutions for customer needs
- Excellent telephone manner
- The role is varied and busy, so great organisational skills are a must!
- Developing relationships with customers at all levels
- Accurate processing and managing of all customer requirements
- Liaising with warehouse and couriers to ensure smooth and efficient despatch and delivery of stock orders
- Liaising with the relevant departments to deliver orders on time
- Able to prioritise with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining accuracy
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to use own initiative
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Estimating experience would be an advantage however not essential
