This client facing role requires someone who is a natural at delivering a superior level of customer service. Your objective willl be to establish and maintain relationships with all current and prospective customers ensuring that their experience always surpasses expectations, both individually and in support the outside sales team.
Daily duties will involve: Processing orders, managing quotations, dealing with Product Samples, Administration, Communication, Pro-activity, Selling and Team Support.
This role is ideal for account management/customer services professionals confident in handling inbound/outbound telephone sales. Experience with computerised stock & order systems in a busy supplies merchanting sales environment is also required.
