Our client, a well-established signage and large-format digital printing company based in West Yorkshire, is currently recruiting for an Internal Sales / Sales Support professional to join their busy team. This role focuses on managing and processing incoming jobs from existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Order Management: Handle incoming customer orders for signs, banners, digital print, and graphics.
- Maintaining Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Quoting and Estimating: Produce estimates and quotes for incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of the company's product range, including signage, digital print, banners, posters, and pop-up displays.
- Sales Support: Provide support to the external sales team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between departments.
- Organisational Skills: Stay on top of order tracking, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Proactively handle any issues that arise during the order process, offering quick and efficient solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
