Recognised and growing Print organisation with extensive reach across the Commercial Digital & B1/B2 Litho Print arena, seek to appoint a more senior experienced Key Account Manager as part of the continued growth and with it, evolution of their client services operation.
As a Key Account Manager, you will have excellent client engagement skills, and proven track record for managing large volumes of business in the region of 1 to 1.5M worth of revenue, accustomed to managing a demanding portfolio of key accounts.
You must have a strong commercial awareness and excellent knowledge of Small Format Commercial Print, Digital & Litho, plus large format added services (2D POS, Signage, Banners & Displays) ideally possessing estimating experience using some form of MIS (preferably Imprint - however other MIS systems will be positively considered)
You will be a sharp and engaging client services professional with an abundance of both wit and charisma confident in your ability to communicate with senior key figures, colleagues, clients and suppliers, delivering an exceptional customer service while receiving / managing briefs ensuring not only that client expectation is met, but identifying opportunities to upsell / cross-sell so that relationships can be further developed and leveraged.
