SALARY: CIRCA £35K + Excellent Uncapped Commission Structure (paid on all business including repeat orders- UP TO 3%) + Company Car + 22 days holiday
TERRITORY: NORTHAMPTON / BUCKINGHAMSHIRE
Our client is an independent Corrugated Sheet Plant who offer a wide range of high-quality corrugated packaging and a full range of packaging consumables, they have their own warehouse based centrally and also have their own delivery fleet.
Our client is looking to recruit a Homebased Business Development Manager to cover Northampton / Buckinghamshire, the role is to focus on generating new business however there are many leads and lapsed accounts that will be passed over and the company also have a strong internal sales team.
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Experience selling corrugated packaging / packaging consumables
- Generation of new business within the territory
- Increasing sales within existing accounts, dormant and lapsed accounts
- Follow up warm leads
- Managing own accounts offering excellent customer service
- Excellent interpersonal / negotiating and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop good working relationships at all levels
