NEW BUSINESS SALES EXECUTIVE - PRINT & PACKAGING

Commutable from BUCKINGHAMSHIRE / BEDFORDSHIRE / HERTFORDSHIRE / OXFORDSHIRE

£30-35K + Uncapped Commission / Bonus (Genuine yr1 OTE £55K) + Pension

Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

They are looking for a New Business Sales Executive to join their expanding team, this will be an office-based role.

Our client requires someone who is ambitious with a proven track record in phone sales, hungry for new business and able to showcase quality whilst maintaining the companies' values. You must be knowledgeable and understanding and able to solve any problems customers may face.

Full product training will be offered.

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business through, calls, email, social media, occasional face to face and online meetings.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities.
  • Manage your own pipeline and manage your own accounts too, so the role will evolve over time into more Account Management.
  • Compile accurate reports for submission on a weekly and monthly basis to the CRM system.
  • Negotiate business terms.
  • Meeting monthly targets.
  • Manage own diary.

Requirements:

  • Outbound business to business telephone sales experience is a key criteria for this role.
  • You will be used to sourcing your own prospects, validating targets and key contacts in a common sense way from data provided by the company.
  • Tech savvy, pproficient in the use of Salesforce or similar and used to using CRM systems.
  • Proven track record in new business and sales and knows how to add value (proposition selling).
  • Confident in closing sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated ability to respond and work under pressure proactively.
  • Motivated by targets and financial rewards.
