Job Title: New Sales Manager

Primarily responsible for assisting with the delivery of the company's growth strategy. You will work with leading technology, creative and professional companies to enable them to add value to their business through our market leading range of products and services.
- Identify, qualify and manage new business opportunities
- Foster and develop existing relationships through strong account management
- Present our services and solutions as necessary
- Maintain excellent internal and external relationships
- Acquire in depth knowledge of our services and solutions
- Develop business strategies to expand Hobs services in the UK
- Supporting senior management and wider Hobs group
- Strong reporting and communication both internal and external
Minimum Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital printing, large format printing and / or signage
- Ability to quickly build credibility and define customer requirements
- Experience of working with large and small customers
- Ability to maintain accurate client communication
- Articulate, friendly, optimistic, goal orientated, and success driven
- Highly organised and results-oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills
- A great deal of personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness and results-driven mentality
