Salary Guide: £29K + Administrator Bonus Scheme + Company Bonus Scheme

Hybrid Working - Approx 55% Office Based / 45% Homebased with IT Provided

Our client is a dynamic and successful sales and marketing company, established over 77 years. product range and service focus on designing and producing high quality branded labels, tickets, bags, packaging and promotional items at highly competitive prices. They have a very wide customer base, though specialise in supplying to the garment industry, promotional industry, mid to top end retailers and charities. The goods are supplied from their UK, Far East & Global offices.

They are currently looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator to work closely with an Account Manager, Logistics, Accounts and the wider management team in close working relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive work on all enquiries/quotes/design coordination/sampling/setting up of bulk production and critical paths
  • Working extensively on spreadsheets, One Note and administration of large clients, and also working mainly unsupervised on small accounts. Very varied and extremely busy in peak periods
  • Customer service and administration on all deliveries in and out of UK and Far East
  • Close contact with customers and suppliers, and use of various computer packages
  • Some very accurate work required, so attention to detail is an absolute must
  • Close teamwork with all sales team and accounts department is essential
  • Due to there being a smaller company an element of client reception, general word processing, sample packs and occasional packing that would be needed - got to be prepared to get stuck in
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries into the office refer to the sales accounts team should be dealt with initially by the administrator.
  • Any request that can be dealt with at the time should be dealt with politely, positively and professionally
  • Any request that is outside of the comfortable knowledge or remit should be dealt with promptly, politely and positively. It must be elevated to the account manager at the earliest possible opportunity. It will be your responsibility to ensure that action has occurred on any such matter
