Salary £45-50K (based on experience) + Commission + Company Car + Pension + Other Benefits

Our client provides a comprehensive range of packaging products for the fresh food and food processing industries, focusing on innovative solutions that reduce environmental impact. Their packaging solutions contribute significantly to sustainability by reducing food waste and extending shelf life.

They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Executive for a 50/50 Business Development and Account Management role to cover the North of England and Scotland. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food processing or packaging market, particularly within the Scottish markets. However, candidates located anywhere north of the M62 Corridor will be considered.


  • Account Management: Manage existing business and maintain relationships with established customers.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Customer Service: Deliver high-quality customer service within the territory.
  • Territory Planning: Plan, execute, and monitor all activities to achieve budget goals.
  • Growth Strategy: Drive growth through active customer engagement, targeted sales approaches, and acquisition across the territory.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and pricing agreements in collaboration with the Sales Director.
  • Quoting & Reporting: Assist with quoting and reporting as needed.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Deliver key business goals through teamwork and self-coaching, maintaining clear communication with all business functions and customers.

Key Skills:

  • IT Skills: Proficiency in Excel or similar IT skills are required; Salesforce experience is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly organised and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills at all levels within the company, suppliers, and customers.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, using own initiative.
