Job Description

Evolved creatively lead Point of Sale Solutions provider, delivering the dynamic needs of Retailers, e-tailers and Consumers, seeks a truly dynamic & experienced POS Account Manager to deliver the onsite relationship with their major Retailer Client.

Working across a broad range of projects & products, you will be extensively experienced in the 2D & 3D Point-of-Sale sector, ideally with comprehensive knowledge of the associated print production, finishing & distribution methods. Exceptional Client relationship development, an enhanced eye for detail and strong project management skills are a prerequisite to successfully deliver the role.

Working within a spirited & ‘Agency’ style environment, you will support the Account Director in providing a service that focuses on putting the customer first, delivering against all agreed SLA’s and KPI’s and managing entire projects to ensure they move flawlessly through the various Business channels in providing total Client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Attend Client briefing meetings, offering advice and support in ensuring both the maximum ROI for the Client & the most effective cost control and innovation opportunities within the creative, design & manufacturing processes.
  • Spend time in stores viewing campaigns, reviewing implementation effectiveness and developing ideas for future enhancements.
  • Support the Client and MPD team with any post campaign follow ups, building excellent relationships with the Production teams to ensure all parties are working together to deliver for the Client.
  • Continually seek & evolve new contacts/projects & opportunities within the assigned Client base.

Displaying a positive ‘can do’ attitude, you will manage Client expectations and deliver exceptional service, so you must have a strong platform of 2D & 3D Retail POS experience and the proven background of working onsite with Clients, where your evolved interpersonal and communication skills have developed & leveraged long standing relationships.

Equally you must possess good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload, plus a genuine attention to detail in all that you do, alongside strong IT literacy (ideally with enhanced Microsoft Excel skills).
