We seek a highly ambitious and motivated individual with a proven track record in leading teams to sales success. The role will be responsible for a large sales budget and all sales channels will report to the role.
An in-depth knowledge of several types of print is essential as is a proven record of achieving targets. The primary focus of the role is sales management with individual sales managers and their teams reporting directly. We are looking for someone whose skills lie in accurate forecasting and growth planning.
Articulate and high-quality presentation skills are paramount as is the ability to translate business plans into on target success.
Applicants MUST have spent at least the last 5 years in print or print management and currently or in the last year held the role of Sales Manager or Sales Director with a minimum responsibility of £10m direct report sales with a minimum of £1m of personal turnover This is a BIG role.
