They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Lead to oversee the company's quality management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ISO audits and BRC standards, with experience in driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring successful ISO and BRC certification.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and BRC requirements.
  • Develop, implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product consistency and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organisation.
  • Communicating with customers / customer meetings ensuring regulatory requirements are met or exceeded through effective quality assurance processes.
  • Report on quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to address any quality concerns and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Lead or similar role, with strong knowledge of ISO audits and BRC standards.
  • Experience managing quality systems in any industry, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality control processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams at all levels.
  • Experience with audit preparation and leading audits for ISO and BRC certification.
