Job Description

Job Purpose

To lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, product quality and compliance throughout their operations.

This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, implementing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage quality assurance programs and process improvement initiatives across production and support functions.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement Lean, Six Sigma or other methodologies to streamline operations and reduce waste.
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments and compliance checks to ensure adherence to internal and external standards.
  • Support the Quality Management System (QMS) through the production and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality process controls

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrable understanding or formal qualification in ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality management systems.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel including the ability to work with spreadsheets, use formulas and interpret data for reporting and analysis.

Experience:

  • ISO standards: 2 years (required)
