Job Purpose
To lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, product quality and compliance throughout their operations.
This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, implementing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage quality assurance programs and process improvement initiatives across production and support functions.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement Lean, Six Sigma or other methodologies to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments and compliance checks to ensure adherence to internal and external standards.
- Support the Quality Management System (QMS) through the production and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality process controls
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrable understanding or formal qualification in ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality management systems.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel including the ability to work with spreadsheets, use formulas and interpret data for reporting and analysis.
