Our client is a cutting-edge label printer with state-of-the-art equipment producing award winning wide labelling solutions to a diverse and wide range of markets. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for nourishing and expanding relationships with key accounts in the retail food sector, ensuring top-tier service and bespoke solutions for our valued clients in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand product offerings and increase sales revenue with existing accounts.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for high-end retail clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client demands within the food retail sector.
  • Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with internal teams (production, design, marketing) to deliver label solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on account performance, sales metrics, and client feedback to senior management.
  • Travel: Regular travel within the Midlands region to meet with clients and ensure seamless communication and service.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management within the labels/packaging industry, particularly for high-end retail or food sectors.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer success and long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
  • Willingness to travel within the Midlands region.
