Up To £35K + Commission + Phone + Laptop + Mileage

Our client is a well-established signage, large format, events and exhibitions company based in the South East. They provide some most prestigious brands in the market with a range of vinyl graphics, window graphics, acrylic graphics, signage, large format print, hoarding, finishing, mounting and exhibition / retail / display / events / venue graphics.

They have an exciting opportunity for two ambitious Sales Account Managers to become part of their professional team and help manage their existing customer accounts and exceed their expectations. Even though this is an office-based role, the successful candidate will still attend client visits.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the large format industry.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • Ability to establish needs of others in order to provide the right product
  • Upselling where opportunities present themselves
  • Maintaining contact with customers on a regular basis
  • Given accounts to develop and follow up
  • Ensure a positive customer experience is the main focus for you and the business
  • Establishing customer requirements quickly
  • Liaising with internal departments as and when required
  • Following up on quotes, samples and prospecting leads effectively
  • Effective delivery of sales targets and goals
  • Ensuring customer data is kept up to date and accurate
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Take on additional tasks as requested
  • Grow and develop existing accounts passed over by the company
  • Provide the highest quality of customer experience to meet the business plan and maximise profits
  • Identify sales opportunities to grow accounts
