Globally recognised multi-service Print solutions manufacturer, seek an ambitious and accomplished Sales Director to lead the growth strategy of their London based operations, managing and mentoring pro-active Client Services / Sales teams across 2 divisions to further develop their market presence across the Digital and Litho Commercial Print, Direct Mail, Large Format and instore POS arena.

An established and highly regarded market leader, continually investing and intelligently evolving with the ever changing demand of its prestige portfolio of Clients, we seek a truly first class Director of Sales, an accomplished management professional who possesses the demonstrable experience, capability and vision to construct and execute a focussed and strategic Sales growth plan.

As Sales Director you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and developing a sizeable team of proactive Account Managers, Sales Executives and Business Development Managers, and the role will require you to build a strong presence in their Central London HQ, supporting, motivating and developing the existing Sales team using your proven leadership skills and drawing on a broad Industry relevant experience, with strong connections within the Commercial Print & Direct Mail and Large Format / POS arena.

You must have an impressive track record of Sales management / directorship, with an ability to energise, lead and drive results through a diverse sales organisation, working directly with the Groups Managing Director to cascade agreed strategy, managing through clear objectives and upholding true responsibility for the accountable delivery of your office & field-based teams.
