Position: Sales Executive
Location: Field-based, the ideal candidate will live in or around the Croydon area 
Job Type: Full time, Permanent. Monday to Friday
Salary: £30k to £35k + Company vehicle + OTE bonus potential
Benefits:25 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays, company pension

Purpose of Role
An exciting new opportunity has arisen within Label Express to apply for the position of Sales Executive primarily covering London and the South East region. In your role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new customer leads and turning these into customers through excellent, personable sales skills. Through providing first class customer service and working closely with our Production team, you will work to achieve the agreed sales targets, profit and business goals by expertly managing your customer accounts and nurturing these to maximise all label opportunities.  

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify good fit prospective customers
• With excellent sales skills approach and pitch to the key decision makers 
• Understand and interpret the customer’s brief/requirements 
• Accurately relay this information so that a correct specification can be raised in Production
• Understand the printing and production process so that information can be provided to our customers  
• Reporting into the Sales Manager and MD, work closely with them and provide accurate information and reporting.
• Manage your time effectively and organise your working week to achieve optimum efficiency
• Administration of customer accounts with a close understanding of the key decision makers and their business
• Manage all customer interaction in the field including business development and sales support
• Recognise all opportunities to grow customer accounts
• Develop a sales and prospect plan that details your strategy to winning new business.
• Make effective use of all marketing support 
• Being quick to respond to our customers is critical and a major business strength. In all aspects be it quoting, information requests or any query/issue – reacting promptly at the earliest opportunity is vital. 

Experience
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have previous experience in a sales role with a track record of successfully meeting sales targets across a portfolio of customer accounts. You must also hold a full and valid UK driving licence.

Skills / Knowledge
You will be educated to A level or equivalent. You will be competent in Microsoft Office suite, and you will have a high level of attention to detail, diligent with excellent numeracy and writing skills.
