CHESHIRE/MERSEYSIDE Office based - Commutable from Liverpool, Speke, Hale, Widnes areas

Salary: 24K-25K depending on experience.

Monday to Friday Hours: 08:30 - 17:00

Holidays: 15 days + 5-day shutdown period + Bank holidays

A North West based manufacturer is seeking a new Sales Office Assistant with Logistics Support. This €30 Million Group are providing tailor made solutions to a wide variety of markets in the UK and overseas.

The role will be fast moving and varied and the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar sales administration /order processing role before.

Main Duties:

  • Processing online, email and phone sales.
  • Performing basic customer service functions, such as responding to inquiries etc.
  • Managing and monitoring orders through to delivery as per the customer's requirements - including liaising with UK and Export Haulage Companies.
  • Compiling and updating sales reports.
  • Becoming knowledgeable in company products updating databases and customer records.
  • Preparing dispatch documentation such as Packing Lists.
  • Communicate customer feedback.
  • Supporting Field Sales Team.
  • Liaising with suppliers as and when required.
  • Liaising with co-workers on a daily basis.

  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Strong Excel, Word and Power-point skill.
