SALES REPRESENTATIVE - (Job title is Flexible Depending on applicant)

Our client is a specialist corrugated packaging manufacturer based in the Midlands, they supply their clients with digital, screen and litho printed specialist packaging products and point of sale displays.

They are currently looking for a results driven Sales Representative to join their sales team. You will play a crucial role in expanding their client based and driving revenue growth in the competitive market of Printed Packaging and Point of Sale. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients as well as existing while understanding their needs and promoting the company's extensive range of products and services they offer.

** Our client is ideally looking for someone based in the Midlands who understands the technical elements of the products they supply as they can be pretty complex, and this is far easier if they have direct contact with the structural design and production teams **

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing enquiries, providing product information, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions that meet clients' specific packaging and POS requirements
  • Understanding the company's product offerings, trade customer base, and competition
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the capabilities and solutions


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging or printing industry
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients
  • Knowledge of printing processes, packaging materials, and POS solutions is advantageous
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
