Our client, a leading large-format print and signage company, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage and grow a major client account. This role combines field-based client visits across the UK with office-based coordination, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly while building strong long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a key national client account
- Build relationships with stakeholders and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and oversee signage projects from quote to installation
- Manage orders, timelines, and communication between client and internal teams
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Resolve issues quickly and maintain high service standards
Requirements
- Proven Account Management experience (signage or large-format print preferred)
- Experience managing large, multi-site accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
- Confident communicator able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Knowledge of signage materials and production
- Experience with brand guidelines, CRM systems, or leisure/local authority clients
