Our client is an independent highly innovative printed labels company supplying products to a range of household names within the drinks, brewery, healthcare, cosmetics, toiletries and high street retail markets.

The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the UK label market. Collaborating closely with production and support teams, you will drive sales growth and contribute significantly to the future direction of the business.
This role demands energy, initiative, and a strategic mindset to generate new business and establish long-term client relationships. If you have a proven track record in self-adhesive label sales and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the customers needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's overall success and expansion.
  • Proven experience in self-adhesive label sales, with a strong track record of winning new business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen, with a solid understanding of costing, margins, and profitability.
